It is true we changed the size of our can from 355ml to 330ml in August, which brought it into line with international standards.
Most beers and soft drinks now come in this size (incidentally, Coca-Cola changed the size of its can this year as well).
The change followed our introduction of the new 500ml King Can, which for the first time gave consumers the option of a larger can containing 40 per cent more beer, at the price of $7 per can.
As for the price of the new standard size can, we have reduced it contrary to your paper's assertion.

The 355ml can retailed at $5.30 in supermarkets. The retail price of the new can is $5.
