THE final Hilton Christmas Fayre - unless, of course, Li Ka-shing gives the hotel a further lease of life - takes place today (10.30 am to 7 pm) with the proceeds going to Riding for the Disabled. Said organiser Anne Yates: 'Part of the fair will comprise cottage industries selling everything from handmade Christmas crackers to handcrafted candles from Switzerland.' Artist Andy Neilson will be lending his talents - donating a sitting for a portrait to the winner of a lucky draw.
