SCMP Reporter

WAN CHAI police last night arrested 18 women during a vice raid on a building in Causeway Bay. Those arrested included a Colombian, seven Malaysians and some mainlanders.

  They were found in 11 villas and boarding houses in Fung Ming Building in Lee Yuen Street. Pornographic video tapes were seized and four men, believed to be running the vice operation, were detained.
