Locals have a marathon

I REFER to Mike Field's recent article decrying the demise of the Hong Kong Marathon. He omitted to mention that Hong Kong has a marathon which has been in existence since 1981.

It is the Sung Hung Kai China Coast Marathon and being a fully accredited AIMS marathon it consistently attracts a larger overseas participation than either the Macau or HK marathons.

It is an ideal finishers' marathon so come along on March 12 and join in.
