Singer-actress Karen Mok Man-wai is now a happily married woman, but that doesn't mean she's dedicating herself exclusively to family duties.

The beauty (pictured) has a new English-language album in the making and landed a role in the much-anticipated Man of Tai Chi, the directorial debut of Matrix saga star Keanu Reeves.

The award-winning singer was in Taiwan last week promoting the DVD box set of her Hui Wei concert tour's Taipei leg last year.

Mok, who last released a concert DVD a decade ago, was heavily involved in the styling and editing of the new project. She said she was moved to tears every time she watched the concert footage.

After the Taipei trip, Mok joined Reeves at FilmAid's Power of Film gala dinner on Sunday night at the Grand Hyatt hotel in Wan Chai.

Due to play a policewoman in Reeves' film, which will be shot on the mainland, Mok said she was especially excited to be working with him, even though she would not be acting in any scenes with the veteran actor.
