A FOREIGN exchange trader appeared in Sha Tin Court yesterday charged with criminal damage by fire.

Fung Wai-ho, 21, is accused of setting fire to Tse's Gold Dealing and Investment at Tai Wai Road, Sha Tin, and recklessly endangering the life of Fung Hok-man on Saturday. The company was an associate of Tse Sui Luen Jewellery.

No plea was taken. The case was adjourned until Monday. Fung was remanded in custody.
