HENDERSON Land Development Co is offering a third development project in Shanghai for sale, less than three months after the launch of two of its biggest projects in China.
Sale of units in Everwin Garden, which has been jointly developed by company offshoot Henderson (China) Investment and the Shanghai Construction Group in the city's Xuhui district, will start tomorrow.
The development will comprise two luxurious 26-storey residential blocks.
Each floor of Block A will have four units each with gross floor areas ranging from 1,671 to 1,826 sq ft.
But Block B, in addition to offering residential units, could also serve as office space. Each floor will have six units each with a gross floor space ranging from 1,057 to 1,460 sq ft.
Initially, 32 units of Block A will be offered for sale at $988 a square foot in Hong Kong and in Shanghai.
