Even if you don't intend to see Pang Ho-cheung's new film, Love in the Buff, you might stumble upon a video of leading actor Shawn Yue Man-lok cross-dressing.

The video is from the closing credits of the romantic comedy, in which the heartthrob mimics Linda Wong Hing-ping as she appears in the music video of her '90s hit, Don't Ask Me Who I Am. Released by Media Asia Films on Monday, the video has gone viral on social networking sites.

Pang is a big fan of Wong. 'She's been my goddess since I was a teenager,' the director said. 'I wrote her into the script, and when I was filming it I asked Linda to be a guest star. I'm so grateful that she said yes. It's a dream came true for me.'

Yue, who appears dressed in a maxi skirt and wearing girlie braids in the video, probably shattered the fantasy of many of his fans.

'I got goose bumps when I watched it for the first time at the premiere,' he said. 'But when I saw the audience's reaction, it was all worth it. The only reason I did it was because I fully trusted my director. I'll have to thank him with a hot kiss for making me his 'goddess'.'
