Stay ahead of the rest by stepping out in style

Horizon Plaza is a treasure trove of fabulous, if sometimes treacherous, footwear, especially for those who fervently seek the likes of Manolo Blahnik and Jimmy Choo. Moda Mia carries heavily discounted shoes by Vivienne Westwood, with a great range of the designer's bags discounted by 40 per cent. Quirky Vivienne Westwood prints such as Bambi and punk faces bare down on you from the tie rack, but you'll also find more subdued prints.

Folli Follie, on the same floor, carries end-of-season stock from its European stores unavailable elsewhere in Hong Kong, with a 30-50 per cent discount.

The highest-quality Italian leather footwear from Manolo Blahnik, Sergio Rossi and Guiseppe Zanotti is on sale at Lane Crawford on the 25th floor. Products from Michael Kors, Stella McCartney, Lanvin and Ralph Lauren also feature. Racks of last season's styles are displayed according to size. While designs vary, knockdown discounts make this zone a must-do.

Men's sneakers by Paul Smith, Dolce & Gabbana and Diesel, plus messenger and weekend bags by Trussard, are also good finds.

Pompei Warehouse, on the 22nd floor, has more in men's casual footwear. Frankie Morello, D&G Sport, Salvatore Ferragamo and Paul & Joe sneakers come with discounts of 30-55 per cent. Also, check out the extensive belt collections.

Summer says sandals, and for a Jimmy Choo fix of killer heels head to Bluebell Fashion Warehouse, on the 19th floor, where you'll find last spring's remaining pieces on sale. There's a decent selection of Paul Smith summer footwear for women, too. Autumn-winter 2011/12 stock has just arrived, so it's a good excuse to shop ahead for next winter. Silk scarves from both designers are also carried here.

Flats, stacks and sandals take up most of the shelf space at the Aldo outlet on the same floor. You'll also find plenty of silver and gold-plated costume jewellery and even the odd hat.
