PRINTER Leefung-Asco's profit attributable to shareholders leapt to $11.88 million from $4,358,000 in the six months to September 30 compared with the same period last year as turnover fell from $151.8 million to $122.4 million.

Earnings per share were 4.1 cents compared with the previous 1.5 cents.

It attributed the surge to the cost cuts from the relocation of its factories to Shenzhen. The company will pay an interim dividend of 1.5 cents per share.
