Q: Some say you embody a new style of personality, a forward looking thought leadership, which is the theme of the movie. What do you think about it?
D: I think it is related to the philosophy that I do what I like, what I want and I feel passionate about. People see that I embody a kind of new style, but I don't totally agree with that. I obviously know that being an actor and celebrity, I can influence people and it will be seen by others. I believe I can influence the younger generations. I then try to find something inspiring, making myself passionate about life and having success in that, I'm very happy.
Q: There are symbols found in this short film, what interests you the most?
D: There are a lot of interesting concepts jam-packed in this one little short film. Obviously the broken suit concept I really like, but I also like this idea of inter-generational passing of the torch. It does not only signify Zegna's history, it's also the history of humanity in art, in design, everything; things that get passed on. It’s this continuity through time that connects us to now, from history and new ideas coming together and giving us a new fresh perspective on everything. I really like that because it happens in everything creative, from films to fashion, to architecture, to everything.
Q: What do you think about the cultural mix personalities inside the movie?
