ViPR Shift with Hip Rotation and Pivot Foot
This exercise is designed to increase rotational ability and strength. Dynamic stability and control in the foot and hip are trained in this drill – essential for all golfers.

ViPR Transverse Pivot Step with Squat
This is an excellent exercise to mobilise the hip structures. Great for golfers who need better movement ability, explosive power, and lower back stability.

This movement is designed to give the benefits of integrated strength and multi-dimensional movement through the hips, which will alleviate pressure and strain on the lower back.
