Josh and his twin brother Caleb run a restaurant consultancy, and are also food show hosts. They're co-owners of Common Ground, a cafe tucked away on Shing Wong Street in Sheung Wan. Josh's style is slightly preppy with a focus on proportion, fit, and comfort, allowing him plenty of room for his culinary adventures.
