Cui Lei has been an associate research fellow with the China Institute of International Studies (CIIS) since 2005. His study focuses on US foreign policy and China-US relations. He has published dozens of academic articles and op-eds on international affairs, in addition to authoring a book on US nuclear strategies during the cold war.
