A former Wales international and coach of the Welsh sevens side, as well as coach of the Hong Kong sevens and 15s sides, Dai has recently taken up an overarching position covering all things performance related in Hong Kong rugby. As the HKRFU’s new head of technical development and performance, Dai offers readers insight into the national team set up, while his international experience will see him address the state of the game at home and abroad.
