Julie Joly is the director of Oil and Gas Programs at Global Energy Monitor. Previously, she was the associate professor of natural resources law and policy at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. She received a master’s degree from Yale University and a law degree from Georgetown University. Her research has been published in many academic journals.
