Lin Gang

Dr Lin Gang is a distinguished professor of political science at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s School of International and Public Affairs, and director of the Centre for Taiwan Studies. He is also a vice-president of the Shanghai Society for Taiwan Studies. His research interests include comparative politics, Chinese politics, democratic theory, Sino-US relations, and the Taiwan issue.
