Louisa Wong was born to a refugee family in the famed “Walled City” in Hong Kong. Currently the executive chairman of Global Sage, she spent the last 30 years of her career advising CEOs of global institutions on leadership and talent development. A Harvard Business School graduate and a prolific entrepreneur, Louisa established the first headhunting firm in China in 1996. Her community work includes active engagement with universities and support to NGOs.
