Pascal Siu is the head of green and sustainability research at Our Hong Kong Foundation, also focusing on economic and financial policy. He recently authored a report on strategies to reduce the fiscal deficit and previously contributed to studies on central bank digital currencies (CBDC). Prior to joining OHKF, he held economist roles at Natixis and within the Hong Kong Financial Secretary’s office.
