Robert Allender is an energy and carbon management strategist, and creator of the Four Quadrants of Energy Management, a framework for taking energy beyond being a cost to be cut. Robert heads his own management consultancy, Energy Resources Management, founded in 1992, which serves companies and cities with a specialism in the non-engineering half of energy management.
