Shantanu Roy-Chaudhury

Shantanu Roy-Chaudhury is a David Rockefeller Fellow at the Trilateral Commission and a non-resident Vasey Fellow at the Pacific Forum. His research and publication focus on China’s relations with South Asia and security issues in the Indo-Pacific. Shantanu is the author of The China Factor: Beijing’s Expanding Engagement with Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, and Myanmar. He has worked at the Institute of Chinese Studies and the Centre for Air Power Studies in New Delhi. Shantanu has an MPhil from the University of Oxford and an MSc from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
