Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area consumers prefer contactless shopping, a trend that became popular during pandemic

  • 80 per cent of consumers from nine Greater Bay Area cities and 61 per cent from Hong Kong prefer contactless shopping, a study by KPMG, GS1 and HSBC showed
  • Some 18 per cent of consumers in the city and the bay area said they can do with just online stores
