Hong Kong Broadband Network (HKBN) is looking to enterprise solutions as a growth engine, aiming to gain corporate clients with new products and services based on its fast broadband network amid intense competition in the residential market.

The city’s second-largest broadband services provider, behind PCCW’s HKT, says it is strengthening its foothold in the enterprise telecommunications solutions market at the right time, despite signs of an economic downturn.

“Under such economic environment both big and small and medium-sized enterprises want to increase their efficiency and to reduce cost,” said Billy Yeung, chief commercial officer and co-owner of the company.
