Shares of camera module maker Q Technology to begin trading on Tuesday

Shares in Kunshan-based camera module manufacturer Q Technology’s HK$697.5 million public offering will begin trading on the Hong Kong stock exchange on Tuesday, the company said in a filing on Monday.

Shares priced at HK$2.79 and the company secured two primary cornerstone investors, Samart i-Mobile, which bought 14,000,000 shares or 6.22 per cent of the 250 million-share offering, and Pan Hou Capital, which acquired 27.8 million shares or 12.35 per cent.

Q Technology makes camera modules for companies that produce smartphones, such as ZTE Corporation, according to the company’s website.
