New | Alibaba Pictures requests halt in trading of shares in Hong Kong

Alibaba Pictures group has requested that trading of its shares be halted in Hong Kong on Tuesday pending the release of announcement.

In a filing with the Hong Kong stock exchange, it said all structured products relating to the company will also be halted from trading at the same time.

Alibaba Pictures shares jumped 8.7 per cent to close at HK$3.62 on Monday.
