Buyers found reasons - including a drop in discounts - to stay in their seats at the launch of the second batch of flats at CK Property Holdings' Viva project in Hung Hom yesterday. The developer sold just 10 of the 25 units offered, agents said. That contrasts with the 45 units sold last week in the first batch of the 75-unit project in Ma Tau Wai Road. "Most of the units left unsold were more expensive, higher-floor units," said Sammy Po Siu-ming, the chief executive of Midland Realty's residential department. The discount for the second batch was cut to 11 per cent from 13 per cent.
