The 30-metre-long Daxiatitan binglingi

The Legends of the Giant Dinosaurs exhibition opening Friday at the Science Museum employs new technologies and presentation methods to introduce some of the biggest dinosaurs over an area of 2,500 square metres. Exhibits include the 30-metre-long Daxiatitan binglingi, one of the largest dinosaurs in Asia. There's also the newly discovered huge backbones of the Ruyangosaurus giganteus, possibly the largest dinosaur that ever lived, which once roamed China. The exhibition, sponsored by the Hong Kong Jockey Club, continues until April next year.

Karmjit Singh, one of four men accused of kidnapping three Indian businessmen in Hong Kong, will appear in Fanling Magistrates Court. Karmjit, along with his co-defendants, is accused of falsely detaining Manmohan Singh Mangat, Satwinder Singh and Gurinder Singh Gill for ransom between October 25 and 28. The court earlier heard that the three Indian men were taken to a recycling yard in Sha Tau Kok, held there and told to contact their families to seek HK$19 million in ransom. Their families alerted the Indian authorities, who in turn told Hong Kong police.
