It was yet another good week for magnate Li Ka-shing - who earlier this month was once again named the world's richest Chinese person with a net worth of a cool US$30.6 billion.

Meanwhile, all property businesses, of the two companies would be injected into Cheung Kong Property Holdings, which would seek a stock exchange listing and become one of the city's largest-listed property companies.
