Dr Winnie Tang JP is an adjunct professor in the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Architecture at the University of Hong Kong. She is a pioneer in bringing the geographic information system technology to Hong Kong. Over the years, she has been actively advocating the use of technology in e-health, environmental conservation and education.
