Honestly it's not just Hong Kong, it's happening all over the world. Big government and corporations are buying and controlling too much of the media formats. In America, press freedom is gone. Look at when Snowden tried to rat out the government.

In which country do we have press freedom? Is the UK any better or the United States? No, they are not. At least in Hong Kong the press is not forced to hand materials over.

Press freedom in HK is undoubtedly going downhill. Brutal attacks on journalists, withdrawal of placement of printed ads.
