On police facing image problem over alleged assault on protester: Calvin Kwong - People are calling for the prosecution of the cops involved in the [alleged] beating, but what about the protesters who broke the law by illegally occupying roads and damaging public property? Mark Yeung - The police are afraid to arrest and prosecute the protesters because this entire Occupy movement depends on the subsequent arrests and later on crippling the entire judicial system. Wendy Ling - They certainly need to maintain their ethical and moral standards in order to gain back faith and support from HK public. Kelvin Ng - Compared with the mob, the police have, on the whole, acted with dignity, discipline, character and order in the past two weeks.
