Why Facebook data privacy row is no surprise
I refer to the Facebook-Cambridge Analytica data privacy scandal (“How Cambridge Analytica exploited Facebook users’ data and why it’s a big deal”, March 28).
Facebook is a hunter/gatherer of data without peer and has grown filthy rich by providing what all sorts of data-users want.
It has a responsibility to play fair with all those who use its social media platform, but has fallen short.
