Zhang Ming

Zhang Ming is Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and head of mission of the People’s Republic of China to the European Union. He entered China’s foreign service in 1983, and once served in Yemen, Oman, Israel and Kenya. From 2013 to 2017, he was vice-minister of foreign affairs. He became head of the Chinese mission to the EU in October 2017.
