In an era where buildings, appliances and vehicles are being produced at an ever-increasing pace, manufacturers using raw materials, tools and machines understand the importance of superior equipment and services. Sahamit Machinery has risen above the rest as a one-stop, state-of-the art solutions provider in importing and distributing steel, machinery and other industrial supplies.

Over the past four decades, Sahamit has seen tremendous success, forming affiliations with other world-class companies such as Bohler, GFMS Metals Consulting, Hardinge, Thai Summit Group and Michelin. Celebrating its 45th anniversary this year, Sahamit attributes its success to its high-quality products, expertise in its field, and integrated provision services.

“Starting from the materials, machines and tooling up to the final stage of heat treatment, we are the solutions provider,” says president Chaisilp Tamesirichai. Sahamit’s steadfast dedication to quality in satisfying the clients’ needs and excellent after-sales services have also added to its prestige.

Following its venture into steel heat treatments, Sahamit’s storage systems can now hold up to 4,000 tonnes of raw material. With a strategy of constant warehouse expansion that gives the company the ability to deliver products to its customers as needed and as quickly as possible, Sahamit prides in its grasp of market demand.

“Sahamit owns one of Thailand’s heat treatment facilities that is the best in quality and the biggest in capacity,” Chaisilp says.

As the first in Thailand to have its steel products AS9100-certified, passing the quality management system of the Society of Automotive Engineers, Sahamit looks forward to more endeavours in the aerospace industry and further expanding its network in Asia. The company is open to sharing its knowledge and expertise, forming new partnerships with interested stakeholders.
