Buoyed by a growing economy and major public infrastructural investments, the long-term outlook for Thailand’s real estate and construction sectors remains optimistic – giving Civil Tech International, one of the country’s leading engineering consultancies, an expansive future.

With more than 25 years of construction management and engineering expertise, a versatile project portfolio and a growing foothold in Myanmar, the home-grown professional engineering company is fast becoming Thailand’s local partner of choice in delivering functional projects of the highest quality on time and within budget to clients at home and abroad.

An upcoming 16-storey luxury wellness centre for Bangkok Hospital Group with an accompanying 300-room hotel for guests and an international hospital in Myanmar are just some of Civil Tech’s key upcoming projects.

The company also began an in-house prefabrication division specialising in full-form steel structure fabrication with dry construction process technologies imported from Australia and New Zealand – a pioneering initiative in Thailand.

“Delivering high-quality projects within budget has been critical to our success,” says Karun Jaipanya, principal. “Multinational clients choose us because of our depth of experience and comprehensive knowledge of local construction and urban planning laws.”

Civil Tech provides engineering, architectural, interior design and advisory services in civil, mechanical, electrical, sanitary and water resources engineering – with additional services such as interior architectural design, building surveys and certifications and project management.

Highly specialised in construction projects for hospitals, schools and factories, the group is the No 1 consultant engineering firm for private hospitals in Thailand. It also assists clients applying for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification through its expertise in water resources engineering and energy efficiency design.

“The success of any construction project strongly depends on the consulting company,” Karun says.

“Our highly skilled team of architects and designers, large database of project cost parameters and expertise allow us to value costs to meet budgets from conceptualisation to execution as we work closely with clients.”’
