Electronic music festival ALTN8 announces 40 acts for Hong Kong debut next March
International music figures Stephan Bodzin, Wankelmut, GotSome, Preditah and Danny Rampling confirmed for next year’s event, which aims to become Asia’s leading carbon-neutral multi-venue music festival
A new electronic music festival will be presenting 40 international and local artists at eight different venues over one day in March next year.
The ALTN8 festival on March 11 aims to become Asia’s premier carbon-neutral multi-venue music festival, and one ticket will grant entry to all eight participating nightspots, which include the likes of Volar, Kee Club, Zafran and Fly.

The main international artists confirmed so far include German techno/house producers Stephan Bodzin and Wankelmut, British bass music figures GotSome and Preditah, Chicago house music pioneer DJ Pierre and British rave icon Danny Rampling.
“We’re putting together a line-up that will have both great international DJs and also some interesting live acts that will be programmed across the day to take everyone on a true musical journey,” says ALTN8 co-founder Roger De Leon.

“We have focused on cultivating a community vibe among venues and patrons alike; to give people a unifying experience, connecting them with the music, the city and with each other.”
