Harry Styles’ first Hong Kong solo show announced, with former One Direction heart-throb to play city in May 2018
Harry Styles Live on Tour show in May next year will come three years after One Direction concert in city that marked Zayne Malik’s final appearance in mega boy band’s line-up
Harry Styles - the former One Direction heart-throb who has enjoyed a successful solo career since the mega boy band went on hiatus last year - has announced his first solo show in Hong Kong.
The “Harry Styles Live On Tour” shows will kick off in September this year and call past the Convention and Exhibition Centre on May 5, 2018.
One Direction performed a sold-out show in Hong Kong in March 2015. The show proved to be the final concert by the full, original line-up of One Direction, with member Zayne Malik departing the outfit after the concert at AsiaWorld-Expo.
Styles released his self-titled debut album in May and it has hit the top of the charts in more than 55 countries, including the US, UK, Canada, Spain and Australia.
The upcoming tour will also take him to Manila on May 1 and Singapore on May 3, then to Bangkok on May 7.
Tickets to the Hong Kong show range in price from HK$488 to HK$1,288 and will go on public sale through HK Ticketing on June 16.
