Taking a bite out of crime

I believe that one of the best superheroes out there is Anpanman. He is a character that comes from a Japanese book series by Takashi Yanase, called Anpanman. In the book, Anpanman has a head made out of anpan – a Japanese red bean bun. When he meets people who are starving, he lets them take a bite out of his head even if it means it makes him weak. He also has super hearing that allows him to hear anyone in the world who calls out his name.

Hanging around

The best superhero is Spider-Man, of course. Why? Because he has amazing superpowers, such as clinging to walls and shooting webs and silk at people. He also has something called a spider sense, where he can sense danger. That’s why he can move very fast when fighting, which means he can sometimes easily win battles. Spider-Man not only uses his superpowers to protect himself but also others from villains like Doctor Octopus and Hydro-Man. I wish I could travel as quick as Spider-Man, can, and swing from one place to another with my webbing. It’s really cool.

The things our readers are most proud of will make you appreciate your own achievements both big and small

#WAKANDAFOREVER

My superhero is the king of Wakanda – T’Challa, aka Black Panther. He wears a suit made of vibranium, the strongest metal on earth, and has super strength, agility, healing, speed, and stamina. Why? Because he drank a liquid from a special heart-shaped herb. To protect his country, T’Challa became the Black Panther. He has to work alone, and only works with the Avengers when there is a threat to his country. He is a humble king, who is very skilled at martial arts. T’Challa is definitely the hero I respect the most.

Independent ladies

A lot of people tend to say Captain America or Iron Man when asked this question, but I think Black Widow is the best superhero. She is confident, courageous and decisive.

Is it a bird?

No superhero is more powerful than Superman. The first print of Superman comic series appeared in 1938 and his popularity has never really gone away. Sure, he might not be the strongest superhero out there, but he is a symbol of hope for many. He never runs away from his problem. He saves people because he knows that is his purpose in life. He has been the central character in many comics, TV series and video game.

Superman has nearly unlimited strength and power that he draws on from the sun. He can fly! I think he personifies the best of humankind.

Take a guess

Can you guess which superhero is my favourite? He has blonde hair and blue eyes. He wears a cloak, and he wields a hammer. He is a character from the Marvel universe. That’s right – it’s Thor. I love the films, I love his character, and I admire the courage he has when fighting against his enemies.

Amazonian goddess

I think Wonder Woman is truly the best. She is one of Earth’s most powerful defenders of peace and equality, and she a member of the Justice League. She stands for love, peace, and above all else, truth! She is very powerful.

Your worst nightmare

If your closest friends or family members were killed in front of you, what do you think you would do? Batman answers this question in his backstory, because his parents were killed in front of him when he was little. The suffering he feels leads him to become Batman – a man who guards Gotham City from crime and evil. He is the best example of never giving up, even if we experience setbacks. We must always do our best.

Right on time

I think Doctor Strange is truly the best superhero because he can help people and save the world by controlling time. I think that’s amazing!

An extraordinary ordinary person

I think Hiro from the Disney’s Big Hero Six is truly the best. Hiro is super brainy and creative, and has an interest in robotic technology. He invents the suits and weapons the heroes in the film use to defeat the villain. Most importantly, unlike other superheroes who have superpowers, Hiro is just an ordinary person like us. That’s powerful!
