La Petite Maison (LPM) celebrates Boxing Day with a festive gourmet-filled feast on Stanley Street. For daytime indulgence, the festive lunch menu showcases seasonal produce in dishes such as creamy chestnut soup, tuna carpaccio with black truffle, Boudeuse oysters with citrus mignonette and red endive and clementine salad. These starters are followed by a choice of wild mushroom and scallop risotto, signature marinated baby chicken, grilled tiger prawns Provençal, or grilled sirloin in Bordelaise sauce with black truffle.
Larger groups can opt for the Christmas sharing menu, which features a dramatic seafood tower, pan-fried foie gras with balsamic reduction, tenderloin Rossini with foie gras, grilled carabinero prawns, scallop and mushroom risotto with caviar, truffle mashed potato and a hazelnut chocolate tart finale.
