Asia’s 16th best bar returns to Hong Kong, this time taking over the bar at Mhp by Tong Chong Street Market. Inspired by the acronym used in colour printing, CMYK hails from Changsha in Hunan province and brings an energetic, convivial service style alongside accessible cocktails. Co-founder Tommy Wong heads the takeover, slinging signature sips like the Smooth Operator, alongside a Yuzu Fennel Julep exclusive to the shift.

From this weekend to the end of the month, K11 Musea is hosting Sips by the Sea, offering sweeping views of Victoria Harbour complemented by signature cocktails from some of the region’s best bars. Every weekend, K11 Musea’s Sky Bar will offer the cocktails Muse and Sea, by Asia’s 43rd best bar, Opium from Bangkok. The former combines gin, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, creme de cacao and butterfly pea syrup, while the latter is a highball using mescal, tepache, lime, orange bitters and soda.

A different bar from the region will also take over every Saturday from now until May 30. Socio takes over on May 16, offering a Sundown cocktail combining banana peel-infused white rum, macadamia distillate, pineapple, pomegranate and lime. Subsequent Saturdays will feature local tea cocktail favourite Tell Camellia, followed by South Korea’s Alice Cheongdam.
