Socio x Avallen x Omacke

Community-focused venue Socio unveils a new collaboration with Calvados brand Avallen alongside a new mural by Canadian street artist Omacke. For limited batches only, Socio and Avallen are basing their cocktails on the flavours of an apple throughout its life cycle.
The Apple on Day 1 focuses on a crisp, airy profile combining Avallen vodka, peppermint cordial, apple soda, jasmine verte, champagne acid and fino sherry. Day 3 adds complex aromas to the mix, with a pistachio butter-washed apple eau de vie, Luxardo white bitters, lemon curd gel, white chocolate and coconut. Day 5 is the final form, more oxidised and with sweet caramel notes. As the most complex of the three, it features Avallen Calvados, Vecchia Romagna brandy, Muyu Vetiver Gris, olive caramel, palo cortado sherry and black garlic oil.
