This weekend, Quinary, Bar Sepia and Dead Poets are offering great reasons to hide from this stuffy, rainy June. Hendrick’s unveils a new gin alongside signatures at Quinary, while Dead Poets teams up with La Cabane on draft natural wines from New Zealand. Bar Sepia in Lan Kwai Fong offers a sanctuary from the madness, combining a quality record-listening experience with Japanese-style concoctions.

In case you missed it, Quinary’s facade on Hollywood Road has been taken over by Hendrick’s Gin. Until July 2, guests at Quinary can experience Another Hendrick’s, a new permanent addition to the gin maker’s collection for the first time in nine years.

To express the new gin, Quinary has partnered with the brand to build four limited-time signatures, two of which use Another Hendrick’s. Another Ramos is an update to the challenging Ramos Gin Fizz, using fresh lemon and orange alongside orange flower water to highlight the new orange blossom notes in Another Hendrick’s, while the Another Breakfast Martini combines the spirit with Szechuan orange marmalade, Cointreau orange liqueur and fresh lemon juice.
