67 on Hollywood presents Pages from the Black Book

Ease into the weekend with 67 on Hollywood’s recently updated wine wall. The concept by wine-centric private members’ club 67 Pall Mall is giving Hong Kong’s oenophiles a rare, limited-time sneak peek into the club’s members-only Black Book collection of wines. The wall features 67 bottles across four chapters: Terroir & Tension, Depth & Opulence, Silk & Precision, and Power & Conviction.
The first two comprise white wines: the 2022 Sancerre La Côte, Gerard Boulay, has a precise minerality and represents the Loire Valley terroir, while the 2023 Domaine Muxin Chardonnay hails from Yunnan and brings complexity from the region’s high altitude.
The latter two categories are represented by red wines. The 2022 Antonio Quari, Ladoix, Les Briquottes, Cuvée Lou is a pinot noir brimming with notes of fresh berries and silky tannins, while the 1998 Château Figeac blends cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot equally to produce dark fruit and cedar notes.
Where: 41 Hollywood Road, Central
