DarkSide unveils its Echoes cocktail menu

DarkSide, Rosewood Hong Kong’s cocktail parlour, has launched a new menu titled Echoes. The selection comprises nine drinks across three distinct thematic chapters, each drawing inspiration from the city’s memorable trades, nostalgic flavours and seasonal rituals.
Among the new concoctions is Cha Cha Bun, which serves up a dose of nostalgia by collaborating with Pineapple Bakery to garnish the buttery-sweet drink with the signature pastry. You’re Soy Cool introduces a savoury, umami-rich soy sauce concept balanced by tropical creaminess, while Just 3 Minutes mimics briny and comforting street noodle bowls with the help of Wing Lok Noodle Factory.
