The V festival is in its final day at the Weston and Hylands parks. This massive festival sprawls over three music stages and one comedy stage, and rotates acts over its two days between Chelmsford and rural Weston-under-Lizard near Birmingham. This year's event features The Stone Roses, The Killers, Nicki Minaj (pictured), David Guetta, LMFAO and many more.
Michel Gondry's "Home Movie Factory" has arrived at the Garage Centre for Contemporary Culture in the Russian capital. In his installation, the French filmmaker (pictured) gives budding directors all they need to make a movie, including sets and equipment. Participants have three hours to script and shoot their movie, after which they can watch a screening of it and take home the DVD.
At the Shanghai Museum of Contemporary Art, "Mock-up: Architecture of Spatial Art" explores the changing face of contemporary Chinese living spaces. This exhibition is divided into 10 domestic zones based on rooms of the house. Each space has been handled by a different Chinese architect; each room reflects their understanding of interspatial relationships and their aesthetic.
