While many women shoppers are still eyeing the leather boots and fur-lined shoes they would like for Christmas, forward-thinking followers of fashion are already compiling their wish lists for the spring-summer season.

Robert Clergerie's much-anticipated spring-summer 2013 collection - the second collection creative director Roland Mouret has designed for the French footwear brand - was previewed in Hong Kong last week.

Mouret attended a VIP lunch and preview last Wednesday at Kee Club in Central, with Sabrina Fung-Lam as a guest host for Lane Crawford and socialites, including Audrey Chiu, Shirley Hiranand and Leigh Tung Chou.

He mingled with guests the following day at a preview and cocktail party at Lane Crawford's store in the IFC Mall, attended by Jane Louey and Nicola Young and blogger Tina Leung.

The collection, featuring reflective and metallic materials, showcases Clergerie's signature volumes, lines and heights interpreted by Mouret.
