More trouble at the docks? Everyone sailing past Tsing Yi was in for a big surprise yesterday - but one certain to leave a smile on their faces. The 16.5-metre tall Rubber Duck , the work of Dutch conceptual artist Florentijn Hofman, was going through some warm-ups before being fully inflated and moved to Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui on May 2. With a jungle of skyscrapers as a backdrop, Hofman decided to produce his second largest incarnation of the "sculpture" - the biggest was 26 metres tall. A Marine Department spokesman said they would vet the duck soon.
