What Blue Butcher head chef Danny Chaney is listening to, surfing and reading

What I’m listening to: I’m a big fan of Moby. His tunes are original and he’s always coming up with a new beat. Even a lot of his older stuff still leaves a lasting impression.

What I’m reading: A Cook’s Tour by Anthony Bourdain – I truly love his books. As a chef, I can relate to most of his culinary experiences – but not all of them, if you know what I mean. He is a true professional.

What I’m watching: I’m in the process of finishing all of The Sopranos. I love how gangster that show is – it’s probably the best show ever. A mob boss who sees a therapist – how hilarious is that?

What artists I’m following: I love street art. Banksy is one of the best out there. His 3D graffiti is out of this world.

Where I’m surfing: no websites in particular, but I’m always searching a range of sites to see what’s happening in the culinary scene worldwide.
