I love all sorts of music. My favourite album right now is by Pure Love. For the gym it's Frank Carter & the Rattlesnakes, Slipknot, Jay Z, N.W.A., Dr Dre and Metallica. For skating it has to be Offspring, Green Day and Guns N' Roses. When chilling and drawing, it has to be country.

by Francis Mallmann is an amazing book about Argentinian BBQ and the use of fire to cook. by Adam Perry Lang is also really good. by Danny Meyer is my all-time favourite - I read it twice a year and it reminds me about what great hospitality is all about.
