What I'm listening to: I love all sorts of music. My favourite album right now is Anthems by Pure Love. For the gym it's Frank Carter & the Rattlesnakes, Slipknot, Jay Z, N.W.A., Dr Dre and Metallica. For skating it has to be Offspring, Green Day and Guns N' Roses. When chilling and drawing, it has to be country.

What I'm reading:Seven Fires by Francis Mallmann is an amazing book about Argentinian BBQ and the use of fire to cook. Serious BBQ by Adam Perry Lang is also really good. Setting the Table by Danny Meyer is my all-time favourite - I read it twice a year and it reminds me about what great hospitality is all about.

What I'm watching: at the moment I'm into Game of Thrones (I was a late arrival), Arrow, The Flash and Sons of Anarchy. I also really like The Mind of a Chef.

What artists I'm following: I love all forms of art, especially tattooing. Among my favourites are Hongkongers Jayers Ko and Ross Turpin, and Londoners Frank Carter and Hugh Sheldon.

Where I'm surfing: I'm more of an apps person - my favourites are Pinterest and Instagram.
