Having performed at the Beijing Olympics opening ceremonies, before world leaders such as US President Barack Obama and then-Chinese president Hu Jintao, Lang Lang is no stranger to the big stage. His willingness to experiment with the piano sound has made him what he is today, with collaborations with Metallica and Herbie Hancock. Catch one of the most recognisable faces in classical music doing his thing in January.

Twins

It’s hard to imagine it’s been 15 years since the Hong Kong Canto-pop duo first took to the stage. For years Twins - Gillian Chung Yan-tung and Charlene Choi Cheuk-yin have been the city’s pre-eminent bubblegum pop group , and they’re at it again for five shows to celebrate their longevity.

The Canadian circus troupe blends urban dance and music with traditional circus acts such as juggling, contortion, aerial acrobatics and more, with a score by Jean-Phi Goncalves of trip-hop band Beast. This is truly a unique spin on the classic circus.
